#Introduction
Li’m DongChang Poongryu Festival is the unique music festival with the theme of ‘Poongryu’ and the mass drumming by audiences themselves , directed by Lim Dongchang. The music to be performed covers from the traditional percussion to a collaboration of rock band and Piatgo (the piano invented for Korean sound by Lim) 

-Lim Dongchang is a composer, pianist and art director who is renowned for his mastery of both the western classical and the Korean traditional music. He is a representative composer of today’s Korean music scene that is eager to evolve based on traditional music.  
-Poongryu literally means "the wind blows and the water flows." It is an ancient philosophy of a way of living naturally and brings the most significant features of Korean culture,  naturalness, spontaneity and high spirit.
.-Drumming is an easy and instinctive musical behavior. Anyone can purify his/her negative feelings and refresh energy through this simple action.
-About 400 top traditional percussionists of Korea including the legendary Korean percussionist and intangible asset Kim DukSoo will play on the stage. And traditional drum bands consisting of local people in Wanju-gun and the audience will drum together with the performers 
-Theme songs of 13 Wanju districts composed by Lim(Local Children’s choir), Ironing of stick drumming, Dadeumi performance (Local granny band), ‘Queen of Night’ aria   (Soprano Park SungHee)…A Variety of music will resonate with people of all ages.
